Crimean "expert" tells what to do with suspects of working for Ukrainian special services

Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Kashkanov, a reserve officer of the Russian Federal Security Service, who calls himself a "security expert," spoke in the Crimean media controlled by the Russian occupiers with "instructions" regarding persons suspected of working for the Ukrainian special services.

According to Kashkanov, the first sign that can be immediately noticed is a change in a person's behavior: they may become more reserved, and at some moments, on the contrary, too sympathetic. You may also get the feeling that they are trying to manipulate or use you for their own purposes.

"If there are direct suspicions, you need to contact the FSB. Trying to find out something on your own can lead to your death, because if a person has revealed an enemy agent who is recruiting or has already been recruited, his or her life is in danger. Because it becomes the reason that can disrupt the work of the special services," the "security expert" said."

Earlier, Kashkanov on the air of the Russian occupiers-controlled Radio Crimea stated that in Russia and in the occupied territories of Ukraine, "cases of recruitment of people for sabotage and terrorist attacks by Ukrainian special services have allegedly become more frequent"; at the same time, people who "are morally broken or may have shown sympathy for Nazi ideas in the past" are allegedly targeted.
