"Question for local authorities? How can you clean the streets in the daytime in this way! Okay, drivers can't see anything! Pedestrians are breathing this dust!" writes a resident of Bilohirsk, who sent this video of the street "cleaning", filmed by the video recorder of his car.

Of course, drivers who find themselves on the road during such a "dust storm" risk getting into an accident

However, this street in Crimea at least has a road surface. Not all residents of the occupied peninsula are solucky.
