Residents of occupied Belogorsk observe "dust storms" every day
As it turned out, the video on the Crimean Telegram channel shows a non-natural phenomenon. This is what street cleaning by local utilities looks like
"Question for local authorities? How can you clean the streets in the daytime in this way! Okay, drivers can't see anything! Pedestrians are breathing this dust!" writes a resident of Bilohirsk, who sent this video of the street "cleaning", filmed by the video recorder of his car.
However, this street in Crimea at least has a road surface. Not all residents of the occupied peninsula are solucky.
