Among other things, she noted that during 2024 the unemployment rate in the TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea decreased from 0.6% to 0.4%, but despite this, there is a great need for qualified specialists in various fields, including industry, construction, transport, services, trade and security.
According to Baldina, there are only three unemployed for every 10 vacancies. In general, 26.4 thousand people in the TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea out of the total number of people of working age, which is 965.8 thousand people, position themselves as unemployed.
Earlier it was reported that the tourism industry of the occupied Crimea lacks about 200 thousand workers.
