"Coalitions of the willing" and Ramstein as a result of the creation of a new Coalition of Opportunities in Oleksandr Levchenko's blog
In the blog of Ukrainian diplomat Oleksandr Levchenko about the events and decisions of the past week, in particular, the first meeting of the "Coalition of the Willing" in support of Ukraine, which took place at NATO Headquarters on April 10, and the next day, April 11, the meeting in the Ramstein format began there.
It is noted that Germany and ten partner countries have created a new Electromagnetic Warfare Capabilities Coalition to strengthen Ukraine's capabilities in countering drones, protecting communications, and identifying and destroying enemy communications, thus protecting civilians and soldiers.
"Initially, Germany provided Ukraine with assistance worth 4 billion euros for 2025. In addition, the Bundestag has recently cleared the way for another 3 billion this year and another 8 billion by 2029. So, in total, more than 11 billion euros in additional funds," said Defense Minister Pistorius.
