Residents of Tatarstan have begun to buy land in the occupied Crimea more often
According to the results of 2024 the number of transactions for the purchase of real estate in the occupied Crimea among residents of Tatarstan increased by 45%.
The most popular are land plots located on the coast of the peninsula.
Since the beginning of 2025 , residents of Tatarstan have registered 67 applications for ownership of real estate in the occupied Crimea. Last year, 206 such applications were registered, which is 45.1% more than in 2024 , when 142 applications were filed.
Land plots are especially attractive for Tatarstan residents seeking to invest in Crimea. In 2023 , 84 applications for land purchase were filed, in 2022 - 155, and since the beginning of this year - 47.
