Crimea hosts "seminar on integration" of occupied territories of Ukraine

The "State Council of the Republic of Crimea" in occupied Simferopol hosted a two-day "methodological seminar-meeting" entitled "Experience of the integration of the Republic of Crimea into the socio-economic and legal systems of the Russian Federation and the state of legislation of the reunited subjects of the Russian Federation", which began on April 10.

According to the statement, the first thing discussed was the social problems created by the occupiers, as well as "building relations between citizens and representatives of state structures in various fields."
In addition to local collaborators, the event was attended by "delegations" from the TOT of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.

In particular, the "head of the Kherson Regional Duma" Tatiana Tomilina, "deputy chairman of the legislative assembly of the Zaporizhzhia region" Angelina Yarchuk and "Chairman of the Committee of the People's Council of the Luhansk People's Republic on Legislation and Local Self-Government" Alexander Kriyenko.

The presence of the "chairman of the DPR people's council" Konstantin Kuzmin, along with other "deputies of the DPR parliament", his "deputy" Alexei Dorofeev, "chairman of the DPR people's council committee on budget, finance and tax policy" Yuriy Afendikov, "chairman of the DPR People's Council Committee on Health, Maternity and Childhood" Viktor Ishchenko, and "chairman of the Zaporizhzhya Oblast Legislative Assembly" Viktor Yemelyanenko. The "chairman of the people's council of the Luhansk people's republic" Denis Miroshnichenko."

According to the "head of the Republic of Crimea" Sergey Aksyonov, occupied Crimea has become "a pioneer on the path of reunification of Russian lands", while the "integration" of the above regions "turned out to be longer and more difficult".

"And today, work in the authorities in the "historical regions" is not only filled with solving complex socio-economic problems, but sometimes involves a risk to life. We admire the courage of the officials, the deputies, and ordinary people who, despite everything, did not lose heart and did not give up, who trust our President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin. A special responsibility rests on the heads of these entities, because people's lives and health often depend on their decisions. Today, we see how much attention the head of state pays to the development of these territories, and how much help they receive from federal authorities and colleagues from other regions. Therefore, there is no doubt about our overall success. Nothing is impossible for Russia," the "head of Crimea" said."

Among other things, collaborators from the "authorities" of the TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea boasted that they had adopted 1356 "laws" in 11 years, and that after the Russian occupation of the region they had to "create a regulatory framework from scratch".

Now they are sharing their experience with the "returned historical regions," as Russian propaganda calls the occupied territories of southern and eastern Ukraine.

According to the "head of the state council of the Republic of Crimea" Vladimir Konstantinov, "no other subject of the Russian Federation has done this."
"In 2014 , Crimeans went their own way, with the support of our president, the entire Russian people, bloodlessly returned to their historical homeland - Russia. Then we carried out all integration measures in a short time, effectively. What is the secret of our Crimean success? We maintained the incredible momentum we had gained during the organization of the "referendum" and did not put anything off, making decisions whenever necessary: day or night. This allowed us to get ahead of the difficulties that the Crimeans might have," said the head of the Crimean "parliament", who had earlier initiated the event during a meeting of the council on "integration of the reunited subjects of the Russian Federation" into the legal and socio-economic system of the Russian Federation, created at the request of the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko.
Among other things, "First Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea" Sergei Tsekov said that the Crimean leaders "were initially formed as pro-Russian politicians", as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea had been "seeking to reunite with Russia" all along before the Russian occupation, and added that other occupied regions of Ukraine "should adopt the experience and style of work of the leadership of the Republic of Crimea for successful development".

As part of the "seminar", its participants worked for two days in the "specialized committees" of the Crimean "state council" - on property and land relations, economic, budgetary and financial, investment and tax policy, state building and local self-government, health care, and social policy. As part of the events, a "meeting of the commission of the Council of Legislators on the integration of new subjects of the Russian Federation into the legal system of Russia" was also held.
In addition, the participants of the event were taken to the objects that "were realized thanks to Russia" - the Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church named after Alexander Nevsky, which was restored before the Russian occupation of Crimea, as well as the Cathedral Mosque, the memorial complex on the site of the Krasny concentration camp in the Simferopol district and the "New Chersonese Museum and Temple Complex" in occupied Sevastopol.
