In the occupied Crimea, a Russian military was appointed as a deputy of the occupation state committee of youth policy, in fact, a war criminal.

According to the occupation head of Crimea Aksyonov, Anton Starostin was appointed after an internship in the "government of Crimea", which he allegedly passed as part of the Russian personnel program "Time of Heroes."
