an 18-year-old resident of occupied Simferopol was taken into custody on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack

Security forces of the occupation authorities of Crimea detained an 18-year-old resident of Simferopol on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. This is reported by the Crimean public

According to the so-called "investigation" of the occupation authorities of Crimea, the young man "was a member of the international neo-Nazi movement, whose activities were recognized as terrorist and banned on the territory of the state by the decision of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation."
"In order to destabilize the activities of the authorities, the suspect planned to set fire to a building in Simferopol, for which he made a weapon of crime and looked for accomplices in the terrorist act from among the youth. However, the suspect was unable to complete his criminal actions, as they were stopped by the FSB and MIA departments in the occupied Crimea. The young man gave exhaustive testimony," the statement said.

During the search at the suspect's place of residence, items of "interest" to the so-called "investigative authorities" were found and seized. The suspect was taken into custody.

This message reminds us of the recent detention of a suspect in the preparation of a mosque arson, which Golos Kryma recently wrote about. The detainee on suspicion of preparing a mosque arson is also 18 years old.
