Elderly resident of Kurmansk district arrested for "discrediting the Russian army"

Occupation forces "brought to administrative responsibility" a 56-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Kurmansky district of the occupied Crimea, whose name has not been disclosed, for "discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and petty hooliganism".
The "press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Crimea" said that the man on the street "loudly shouted out statements discrediting the Russian army" and in response to the remarks "began to threaten with violence". In addition, he cursed the wife of the occupation soldier.
After that, the man was detained by police officers from the "Krasnogvardeisky District Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs" (ed. now, according to Ukrainian legislation, Kurmansky District), who were called by witnesses to the incident.

An "administrative case" was opened against the detainee, under which he was fined 40 thousand rubles (about 20 thousand hryvnias), as well as 10 days. uAH), as well as 10 days of arrest.

In the video, published online, a man, whose face is covered with vomit, can be heard saying (in Russian) in response to a remark that a man (probably the husband of a neighbor with whom he had a conflict) allegedly "protects people like him" in the Russian army:
"Protects me? From what? I am a Ukrainian. I'm not sitting quietly, I'm waiting for the war to come here, and I'll go there [to the Ukrainian side] right away. This is my homeland, my land. Did you come from Russia? I'm going to go crazy now, I'm going to go into your house and say: this room is mine."
