Residents of high-rise buildings in occupied Bakhchisarai complain about high tariffs and failure to maintain their homes
"Nothing has been done for five years, and let's see the situation with tariffs," - these questions were raised by the heads of the communities of apartment buildings (ABs) in occupied Bakhchisarai at a meeting with a representative of the occupation authorities, "Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea" Anna Anyukhina. This is stated in the Crimean public.
The main topic of discussion was the establishment of cooperation between the LCD communities and the management company. They also discussed the problems of timely replacement of engineering networks, regular monitoring of the maintenance of buildings and repair of porch canopies
The participants of the meeting complained about the failure to perform all of the above maintenance works. Also, the heads of the condominium communities asked the official of the occupation regime in Crimea to check the validity of tariffs for house maintenance services, which, in the opinion of the residents, are overstated.
