At the construction site of the highway bypassing occupied Alushta, the blocks of the viaduct span are being assembled. To prevent the displacement of the support under the active pressure of the approach embankment, a monolithic stop with a cross section of 1x1 m is provided under the foundation slab, which forms a monolith with it
The work is being carried out by the Russian company VAD (St. Petersburg), which took part in the construction of the so-called Crimean Bridge and the Tavrida Federal Highway. It is reported that 25 construction workers and 2 cranes are involved in the work
Earlier this month, the Voice of Crimea повідомляв, that since2023, as part of the implementation of the Russian state program "Socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" and on behalf of the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, a new four-lane road bypass of Alushta is being built as part of the "federal" Tavrida highway. The 7.8 km long road is to be laid through the village of Izobylne (Korbek) to relieve traffic through Alushta and "develop tourism potential".
