Another "mayor's resignation" in Feodosia

The occupying "head of Feodosia" Igor Tkachenko, who has held this "position" since December 2023, has written a letter of resignation. This was announced by the "head of the Republic of Crimea" Sergei Aksyonov

"I held a meeting with the 'head of the administration of the city of Feodosia', as a result of which Igor Nikolayevich wrote a letter of resignation of his own free will. His duties will be performed by Vladimir Alekseevich Kim until the moment of the "competition for the post of the head of the city administration"," the "head of Crimea" said
Igor Tkachenko was born on August 16, 1978 in Feodosia, he graduated from Kherson State Technical University in 2000 with a degree in Finance and Credit.

Later, he worked as a forwarder at a utility company and was the head of the lubricants department at Atan-Krym LLC. In 2004-2018, he headed Inter Shelf LLC.

After the Russian occupation of Crimea, in 2014 he was awarded the "gratitude of the Head of the Republic of Crimea" Aksyonov, and in 2021 - the "gratitude of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea" Vladimir Konstantinov

The previous "head of the administration of Feodosia" Vladimir Popenkov "resigned" in July 2023 after being reprimanded by the "head of Crimea" Aksyonov, who criticized the occupation "authorities" of the city for unfulfilled cleaning tasks. In July 2022 , Andrei Lebedev, who held the "post of head of the administration of Feodosia" for 8 months, wrote a letter of resignation, also on the recommendation of Aksyonov, after the "leadership" of the city failed to eliminate the identified shortcomings

Vladimir Kim, proclaimed "acting head of Feodosia", was previously the deputy head of the occupation "administration" of the Simferopol district. He is also a member of the "Public Chamber of the Republic of Crimea", the chairman of the "National Council of the Regional Cultural Autonomy of Koreans of the Republic of Crimea" and the vice president of the All-Russian Association of Koreans

It is interesting that on Tkachenko's TG channel, one of the last messages was a list of contacts of resource supply companies:

"Dear Feodosia residents! For problematic issues of the city's work, you can contact their heads of resource supply enterprises," reads the message, which contains the contacts of water, heating and electricity suppliers.
