Occupants form new information narratives about the pro-Ukrainian population

In the Russian Federation and in the occupied territories of Ukraine, "cases of recruitment of people for sabotage have become more frequent cases of recruitment of people for sabotage and terrorist attacks by Ukrainian special services", whose employees "usually begin to influence those people who are morally broken or may have shown sympathy for Nazi ideas in the past."

With such convictions, dictated by the statements of the Russian FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, on the on the air of the Russian occupiers-controlled Radio Crimea, said Lieutenant Colonel vasily Kashkanov, a lieutenant colonel in the reserve of the Russian federal security service, called himself "a security expert."
"These are citizens with some problems, vulnerabilities. People are are being studied to see how morally stable they are. Can a person can really carry out some kind of subversive activity. Also, many citizens are literally bred - they make people lose their vigilance and self-control," Kashkanov said.

The security expert also listed the main reasons why people are allegedly subjected to recruitment: unemployment, sick children or other relatives, low salary and low position

"The simplest thing is that there is no money. We need to offer an amount that will that will break them. You can find a point for blackmail: create a situation in which a person will commit a crime, and then blackmail them with it. Of course, this does not apply to all candidates, but a more powerful link through which you can really take some serious actions. But we are essentially dealing with domestic recruitment," kashkanov said.
He also added that a person's desire to preserve what he or she has arises due to the lack of protection from the state, meaning the Russian Federation.

Earlier, "Voice of Crimea" told that the media resource "Crimean news Agency presented a "psychological portrait" of the residents of the occupied Crimea residents of the occupied Crimea who support Ukraine.

At the same time, it was expressed the belief that the relationship between unfavorable living conditions and manifestations of pro-Ukrainian and/or anti-war views on the TOT of the AR of Crimea is "complex and ambiguous", but "still traceable" and that in the vicious circle of poverty, depression and social isolation, a person "becomes an easy prey for propaganda and and manipulation", and their discontent "can manifest itself in radical forms, including including sabotage and terrorist attacks."
