The words were spoken a long time ago on a problem that also has a long history with different views. Now this problem has become another "stumbling block" in Ukrainian society, which has been fighting for its independence for eleven years.

The text of the draft law on multiple citizenship in Ukraine proposed and voted by the Verkhovna Rada in the first reading.

The law is a tool by which the government, exercising its delegated powers, establishes binding rules in the system of relations in the state. Any government gains the trust of voters and taxpayers simultaneously under the slogans and promises of improving the quality of life in the country and forming a system of relations for the benefit of the whole society.
